Introduction:
The Department of Interior Spaces at Vishwakarma University, in collaboration with Dellience Enterprises, organized a guest session featuring Mr. Tushar Dastane and Mr. Francis. The session covered acoustics, sound, reverberation, and echo, along with their practical applications in interior design. A live demonstration was conducted in the Journalism & Mass Communication (JMC) Studio, providing students with hands-on experience in acoustic treatments.

As part of the Commercial Space Design module in Design Studio II (C), students from the Department of Interior Spaces, Faculty of Architecture, Vishwakarma University visited KiBO World to gain firsthand exposure to retail and furniture showroom design. The visit provided insights into space planning, branding, product display strategies, and customer experience enhancement in a commercial environment.
Objective:
The field visit aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry application by exploring how commercial interiors are designed to optimize functionality, aesthetics, and brand engagement. Students analyzed retail layouts, material applications, lighting strategies, and ergonomic considerations that contribute to an immersive shopping experience.

The School of Pharmacy, Vishwakarma University, Pune, organized an Alumni Interaction Guest Session on 11th March 2025 to provide students with career insights, industry expectations, and networking opportunities. The session was conducted by Dr. Neeta Rai, Assistant Professor and Departmental Alumni Cell Coordinator, featuring Ms. Vaishnavi Pandey, Senior Pharmacist at Sahyadri Hospital, Pune, as the guest speaker. 60 students actively participated in the event.
