Overview

The Cambridge Pre-service Teacher Training Program (CPTTP) is a globally recognized certification designed to equip aspiring and early-career teachers with essential teaching competencies. Aligned with India’s New Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the program integrates research-driven best practices, learner-centered methodologies, inclusive education strategies, and AI-enhanced teaching tools. Through a blended learning approach, CPTTP combines face-to-face instruction with flexible e-learning modules, preparing educators to create dynamic and engaging learning environments.


Graduates of the program will:

  • Master pedagogical theories, child development principles, and AI-driven teaching techniques.
  • Design and implement NEP-aligned lesson plans with technology integration.
  • Utilize competency-based assessments and AI-supported evaluation methods.
  • Foster positive, inclusive learning environments that support student well-being.
  • Enhance communication and leadership skills for effective classroom and school management.
  • Apply problem-solving, collaboration, and emotional intelligence to teaching practices.
  • Gain an internationally recognized PDQ Level 3 Certificate from Cambridge, opening pathways for global opportunities.

Duration: 4 months (July – October)

For Reserved Category Students – Caste Certificate, Caste Validity, and Non-Creamy Layer Certificate, are additionally required (over and above listed documents).

Last date of submitting all / pending documents: 31st August 2024



If admission (provisional / confirmed) is cancelled before 31st October 2025, then Rs. 1000/- will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded.

If admission (provisional / confirmed) is cancelled after 31st October 2025, then no paid fees will be refunded.

Note: Students / Candidate is expected to be in touch with Counselling and Admissions Office, VU, to seek update on last date of admission.

If refund is applicable, then the applicable amount (refund) will be disbursed/ credited to the candidate’s/ parent’s bank A/c through RTGS/NEFT, as per A/c details indicated by the candidate within 15 working days from the date of cancellation of admission.

Separate accommodation and food facility for Boys and Girls on a first come first serve basis.

  • Hostel Charges: Rs 1,05,000/-
  • It includes a Mess (Breakfast + Dinner) and a Refundable Deposit of Rs. 5,000/-.
  • Laundry: Charged separately
  • Transport facility charges (optional and subject to the minimum number of students) are payable separately and will be notified in due course of time.
