Activity Brief: The Poet’s Meet-Up was an open-mic event designed to provide students a platform for self-expression. Participants explored themes of personal growth, identity, emotions, and social issues through their poetry. The students presented poems authored by them in front of faculty members and the audiences. There were interactive games that also focused on wordplay and allowed poetic improvisation of the expressions. Over 23 poets performed in front of 80+ attendees.
