Introduction to the Activity
A Market survey was organized for Third year students. The visit was part of the ongoing BMT V for Third Year architecture students, focused on Interior Construction and finishing materials . The students interacted with the shop owners and explored various materials available in the market.
Objective Of The Activity:
- Students acquire knowledge regarding the interior construction and finishing materials.
- To observe material usage, furniture fittings, lighting,
- To encourage students to reflect on how choice of materials influences interior design.
- To document and analyze the various materials , their market forms, leading brands, their advantages, limitations and prevailing rates.
