Several workshops are organized at VU as part of the capability building interventions. Such workshops are conducted by trainers, expert faculty and inhouse faculty on themes like idea generation, business model generation, business plan preparation, pitching, etc.

The ED Cell at VU is managed by the student leaders (also called e-leaders) under the guidance of faculty and advisors. This practice develops their ability to comprehend and tackle varying issues in managing ideas, projects, events, funds, people and partners.
A MoU with organizations like Investronaut, National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN), The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) and deAsra is in place to systematically develop the capabilities of the University and extend best possible support to budding entrepreneurs.

The University has an Advisory Board in Entrepreneurship which consists of experienced entrepreneurs from various fields who help the ED cell in guiding students, mentoring them for their entrepreneurial ventures, reviewing ED activities and providing feedback for improvement.
