Department of Computer Science, Vishwakarma University organized industry visit in Appystack Pvt. Ltd., Pune on . The Total 20 students with 4 faculty members visited the company. We have organized industry visits for our students to get exposure to the industry and to understand how the processes, policies, and procedures are implemented and managed in the industry. Also students got knowledge about full stack development and career opportunities in Cyber Security.

Students interested in advanced study, a research project in statistical science, and its use to solve real-world issues can consider the M.Sc. Statistics program at Vishwakarma University, Pune.

Data Science and analytics  is a crucial component of this programme which makes  sure that the students understand and are proficient in data science approaches for data collecting and analysis.

The study of statistics is essential for making decisions and developing policies. The descriptive and inferential functions of statistics form the cornerstone of development for practically all current fields. It also offers a variety of non-traditional job opportunities, from business analysts to sports analysts.

On the occasion of "Winter School on BUSINESS ANALYTICS FOR STRATEGIC DECISION MAKING ” ( 14^th February 2023 - 18th February 2023 ), Dr. Pooja Kulkarni, Faculty of Science and Technology delivered an Expert Session on "Introduction to Data Analytics and Business Analytics". The sessions were organized by Dr. D. Y. Patil B-School, Pune in an online mode and was attended by PGDM, MBA students, and faculty.
